- You own your scripts. We store, compile and serve them, and that’s all.
- Your account key is your login. Lose it and your recovery email is the only way back.
- No malware, no credential stealers, nothing that goes after other players’ accounts. We pull builds that do.
- Pro is $20/month, Studio $35/month, cancel anytime. If you cancel, every build you’ve already paid to protect keeps serving — you just can’t push new ones until you resubscribe.
01The service
AegisLoader protects, licenses and monetizes Luau scripts. You upload a script, and we compile it into a protected, obfuscated build that’s unique to every download. Your users run it through one loader line that never changes:
loadstring(game:HttpGet("https://api.aegisloader.com/l/<id>"))()
Each script can be free, gated behind license keys, unlocked by an ad, or unlocked through your own in-game UI (Custom mode). These terms are an agreement between you and AegisLoader. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you use AegisLoader for a team or a studio, you accept them on its behalf too.
02Accounts and keys
- You must be at least 13. If you’re under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s permission, and they handle any payment.
- Your 52-character account key is your login. There’s no password. Anyone holding the key can use your account, so you’re responsible for keeping it private and for everything done with it.
- Use a real email you’ll keep. It’s the only way to recover a lost key. Disposable inboxes are blocked.
- If you think your key leaked, reset it from Profile right away. The old key stops working the moment you do.
- One person, one account. Don’t create extra accounts to get around plan limits or a suspension.
03Acceptable use
AegisLoader exists to protect developers’ work, not to hide what a script does to the person running it. You may not use it to distribute, or to help distribute:
- Malware of any kind: remote access tools, miners, droppers, or anything that runs code on a user’s machine beyond what the script says it does.
- Credential stealers: cookie loggers,
.ROBLOSECURITYgrabbers, Discord token grabbers, or webhooks that send out a user’s personal data or session. - Scripts that harm the people running them, for example by deleting files, locking them out of accounts, or spending their Robux without asking.
- Scripts that go after other players’ accounts: account takeover, session hijacking, trade scams, or tools that strip items or Robux from other players.
- Hidden payloads. Using our obfuscation to hide malicious code from users, reviewers or moderators is the fastest way to lose your account.
You also may not attack or overload the service, try to extract another developer’s source from their builds, resell access to AegisLoader itself, or use a Custom unlock UI to phish for passwords, keys or payment details.
You’re responsible for your scripts and for following the rules of every platform they run on, including Roblox’s Terms of Use.
Enforcement. When we get a credible report, we can inspect the reported build, pull it (its loader stops serving immediately), revoke its license keys, and suspend the account. For malware or credential theft we act first and explain after, and we may report it to Roblox or the authorities.
04Your scripts
You keep every right to the scripts you upload. You give us a limited license to store, compile, obfuscate and serve them, only to run AegisLoader for you. That license ends when you delete the project, apart from the short window it takes for deletion to finish.
You confirm you have the right to upload each script. Don’t upload someone else’s code to protect and resell it. If a rights holder reports a script to us, we may pull it while we look into it.
We never use your source to train anything and never share it. The Privacy Policy covers exactly how it’s handled.
05Licensing and what end users get
When an end user redeems one of your license keys or completes an ad unlock, they get the right to run that build on one device, for the duration you set. The key binds to the first device that activates it.
- The sale is yours. Your end users buy from you, not from us. Pricing, refunds, support and device resets are between you and them.
- We enforce the rules you set. We check keys, enforce device binding, and flag tamper attempts. We don’t guarantee a key can never be shared.
- End users may not share or resell keys, tamper with builds, or try to get around device binding. You can ban keys and devices that do.
06Plans and payments
- Free $0
- 3 projects and 50 protections a month. The free tier may be time-limited. If yours is, the dashboard shows the exact end date.
- Pro $20 / month
- 10 projects and 1,000 protections a month.
- Studio $35 / month
- 30 projects and 2,500 protections a month.
A protection is one compiled build, so each upload or update of a script uses one. Protection counts reset on the 1st of each month. Executions are never metered.
- Paid plans bill monthly, in US dollars, through our payment processor, and renew automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime from the dashboard. You keep the plan until the end of the month you’ve paid for. We don’t refund partial months, except where the law requires it.
- Plans can also be activated with an access key. It grants the plan for the length printed on it and doesn’t renew.
- If prices change, we’ll email you at least 30 days before your next renewal at the new price.
07When you stop paying
If you cancel, a payment fails, or your free access ends, what happens depends on how you were using AegisLoader:
- If you paid for a plan. Every build you’ve already protected keeps serving indefinitely — your users’ loader lines don’t break and their licenses keep working. You just can’t upload, update or swap builds until you resubscribe.
- If you were on the free tier. When your free access ends, builds protected under it stop serving. Upgrade to a plan any time to bring them back and keep protecting new scripts.
- Your account is kept either way. Projects, keys, licenses and loader lines stay in your account, and resubscribing restores full control on the same loader lines.
If an account stays paused for 12 months, we may delete its projects. We’ll email you 30 days before we do.
08Ad-supported unlocks
Ad-supported unlocks run through Linkvertise, a third-party provider. To use them, you need your own Linkvertise account, and you accept Linkvertise’s terms. Ad rates, payouts and eligibility are set by Linkvertise under your agreement with them. We’re not a party to it.
- End users who start an ad unlock leave AegisLoader for Linkvertise. Their terms and privacy policy apply to that step.
- Don’t fake completions, use bots, or tell users how to skip the ad. We can turn off ad unlocks for a script that does.
- We aren’t responsible for the ads Linkvertise shows or for its availability. If it goes down, ad unlocks wait until it’s back. Keys that are already unlocked keep working.
09Availability and changes to the service
Loaders run on Cloudflare’s edge, and keeping them serving is our top priority. Even so, no plan comes with an uptime guarantee or service credits. We announce planned maintenance in our Discord ahead of time.
We improve AegisLoader constantly, and features will change. If we remove something you’re paying for, you can cancel and get a prorated refund for the rest of that month.
10Suspension and termination
You can stop using AegisLoader at any time by deleting your account under Profile. Your loaders stop serving immediately.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, doesn’t pay, or that we’re legally required to act on. For malware, credential theft or attacks on the service, we act immediately and without notice. Otherwise we’ll tell you what’s wrong and give you a reasonable chance to fix it first.
When an account is closed, its loaders stop serving and its data is deleted as the Privacy Policy describes. Sections 04, 11, 12 and 13 continue to apply.
11Disclaimers
Obfuscation and device binding make your scripts much harder and more expensive to crack, leak or share. Code that runs on someone else’s machine can never be made impossible to reverse. We can’t promise that no build will ever be cracked, that every shared key will be caught, or that every tamper attempt will be flagged.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, AegisLoader isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. That includes lost sales, lost ad revenue, leaked scripts, or damage to your reputation, even if we were told it could happen.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the greater of what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or $50. Some places don’t allow these limits. If you live in one, they apply only as far as your local law permits.
13Not affiliated with Roblox
AegisLoader is an independent service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation, and we mention it only to describe what our service works with.
14Changes to these terms
We’ll update the date at the top whenever this page changes. For changes that affect your rights or what you pay, we email every account at least 14 days before they take effect and post a note in Discord. If you keep using AegisLoader after that, you accept the new terms. If you don’t, delete your account before they take effect. Any unused prepaid time is refunded.
